Valentines Day
Our aim with Test kitchen menus is to bring the design of dishes to the table. With the kitchen team exploring our gardens, local producers and new cookery techniques it gives the team an opportunity to test new dishes before they make their way to our menus. The main focus is flavour using the best produce we can source. Menu is released on the night and dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.

Join us at The Cowrie Bar before your reservation, or stop by for a snack and a glass and choose from a fresh and dry Riesling, a moreish Rosé, a spicy Shiraz and more while discussing the wines of Nashdale Lane and the beauty of NSW high country.
